The Residence Kristall Lago, which was inaugurated in the Spring of 1995, is situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Desenzano del Garda, near the town centre. There are 80 tastefully firmoshed mini-appartaments, a large garden, swimming pools for adults and small children, a small Jacuzzi pool, children's playground, private garages, lifts and entrances for the disabled.   • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Kristall Lago shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 85% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
